You already know how to detail a car, and you know what your work is worth. You price our three packages; WAXD handles the ads, the quoting, the phone tag and the no-shows. You get a booked job with an address, a time, and your own price already agreed to.
If you've paid for leads before, you know how it goes: forty dollars for a contact that six other detailers also bought, who wanted a quote and never called back. That's not what this is.
You tell us what you charge. Our cut comes off the front as the deposit the customer pays to book. The rest of your price never passes through us — it goes from their hand to yours when the work is finished.
Give us your price for each of the three packages. Change it whenever you like — no approval needed.
When someone books inside your radius we weigh your rate against your rating and availability. Win it and you get the address, time window, vehicle, and package. Accept or pass, no penalty.
Your equipment, your process, your standards. We don't tell you how to work.
The rest of your price, paid to you on-site by card, cash, or your own payment app. Same day, every time.
Price alone doesn’t decide it, so there’s no incentive to undercut yourself. Build a track record and you can charge more, not less.
We'll walk you through exactly what our cut is on the onboarding call. No chargeback risk on the balance either — it's a normal transaction between you and the customer.
Customers are letting a stranger work on a $30,000 vehicle at their home, and we tell them we’ve checked you. Clearing these is what lets you hold your price instead of racing to the bottom.
Run through a screening provider before your first job. You’ll get a secure link directly from them — never send us personal identifiers by email or through this form.
Photos of five recent jobs. If you’re quoting Luxury, include before-and-afters under proper lighting so we can see actual defect removal.
Tell us what you can bring — a water tank, your own power, both, or neither. Bringing both means you can take every job. If you can’t, that’s fine: we simply only send you jobs where the customer has the rest on site.
Customers rate every job, and those ratings decide who gets shown next time. Consistently poor feedback means we stop sending you bookings.
We’ll email you within two business days. If it’s a fit, here’s what happens next.
No. Keep your own customers, your own pricing, your own brand. Most detailers use WAXD to fill gaps in the schedule, not to replace their book.
Yes, any job, for any reason. There's no minimum and no penalty. We just re-offer it to the next detailer who covers that address.
You do. You give us a rate for each of the three packages — Basic, Premium and Luxury — and that's what the customer is quoted, plus a set uplift for larger vehicles. You can change your rates whenever you want, and we never discount them without asking you first.
A percentage of the job, collected up front as the customer's booking deposit — so it's taken before you ever touch the job and never comes out of your pocket. You collect the rest of your rate directly from the customer on the day. We'll go through the exact number on the onboarding call. Unlike lead sites, you pay nothing at all on jobs that don't happen.
Call it in before you start. If it needs work beyond the booked package — heavy pet hair, mold, biohazard — we re-quote with the customer on the spot, and you can walk if they decline.
Report it same day. We cover the balance up to the job's quoted amount and handle the customer ourselves. You don't chase anyone.
No. You're an independent contractor. You control your schedule, your equipment, your methods, and you're free to work for anyone else.
